This week, Year 4 children at Herne View took part in the annual school play and what a triumph it was! The musical comedy ‘Porridge’ brought spoonfuls of sparkling songs and bowlfuls of belly-laughs to The Warehouse Theatre. Last Friday, at Wadham School, CISP hosted a cricket tournament for Years 3 & 4.  Herne View entered 2 teams and we came 1st and 3rd! The children played incredibly well and we are super proud of them for bringing the trophy home! Thanks go to Miss Taylor and Miss Broom for accompanying the children.  

On the 6th June, all of our Y4s went to the Recreation Ground to represent the school at the town D Day Commemorations. A group of the children also read a poem called ‘D Day Heroes’ to dignitaries including the Mayor and Town Crier.
