It was great to see pupils, families and staff coming together to walk in Ilminster’s Children’s Carnival and your umbrellas looked superb! It was a pleasure to walk with the sea of colours and creative designs and you certainly brought a smile to everyone out watching on Saturday morning.
In the evening well done to our umbrella travellers who joined the Mayor on his bus and proved to have exceptional waving skills though a very busy carnival route.
